Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup canola oil
1 smashed medium banana
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/8 cup applesauce
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Mix the dry ingredients separately and mix well.
2. Mix together sugar and oil in a separate bowl and then add the rest of the wet ingredients and blend well.
3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir just until moistened.
4. Add chocolate chips and bake for about 35-40 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
