Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts


Ingredients:

2 lbs brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.

2. In a bowl, toss the brussels sprouts with olive oil and maple syrup. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or until the brussels sprouts are tender and browned.
